This reminded me of the sad case of Gloria Ramirez. She was admitted to an ER in 1994 and almost immediately health care workers around her started to collapse. They said there were toxic fumes around her body that made them ill.

It seems more likely that she used DMSO for her cancer, which would explain the smell. This seems like a classic example of mass hysteria.

Was on a QxTxx flight recently. The air stewardess gave out packs of face coverings while strangely, no amenities pack of eye masks and ear plugs could be found. I threw out the packs of face coverings with the food trays while another pack of face coverings has fallen on the floor of the airplane in front of me with it being strampled on. There was an Asian lady there and the flight stewardess was insisting that she take it, while saying that it's free. Not taking that airline ever again. The sad thing is that the air crew believed that they were being caring. X

“Throughout history, mass hysteria is overwhelmingly associated with groups of women or teen girls (about 99% of all incidents). In fact, “hysteria” is derived from the ancient Greek word “hystera”, which means “of the womb.” - sounds like another recent phenomena that shall not be named.
